• Google account data (internal use only) — where our staff connect CamBot to Google services (such as Gmail, Google Calendar, or Google Ads) via Google Sign-In/OAuth, CamBot may access and process data from those accounts strictly to perform the internal automation task it was configured for (for example, drafting a reply, scheduling a meeting, or reading advertising performance data). This access is limited to accounts belonging to Capital Machinery Sales staff, not our customers.

• To qualify sales leads and schedule follow-ups or meetings
• To automate internal business workflows (for example, email drafting, calendar scheduling, or ads reporting)

4. Google User Data

Where CamBot accesses Google user data through OAuth, we only request the minimum scopes needed for the specific automation it performs, and that data is used solely to provide the requested functionality — it is never sold, and it is never used for advertising purposes. Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers who help us operate CamBot (for example, our automation platform provider) solely to deliver the service, and only under confidentiality obligations.

6. Data Retention

We retain conversation and contact data only as long as necessary to respond to your enquiry, maintain business records, or comply with legal obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymized.
