These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of CamBot, the customer support, sales, and workflow assistant operated by Capital Machinery Sales ("we", "us", "our"). By using CamBot, you agree to these Terms.
CamBot is an internal product of Capital Machinery Sales used to (a) answer customer questions and support requests, (b) qualify sales enquiries and help schedule follow-ups, and (c) automate internal business workflows such as email handling, calendar scheduling, and advertising reporting.
You agree not to use CamBot to:
CamBot is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that CamBot will be available at all times, error-free, or uninterrupted, and we may modify, suspend, or discontinue CamBot at any time.
CamBot may provide automated responses regarding products, pricing, availability, or scheduling. While we aim for accuracy, information provided by CamBot is for general guidance only and does not constitute a binding offer unless confirmed directly by a member of our sales team.
CamBot may connect to third-party services (including Google services such as Gmail, Google Calendar, and Google Ads) to perform its functions. Use of those third-party services remains subject to that provider's own terms and privacy policies.
The CamBot name, branding, and underlying automation configurations are the property of Capital Machinery Sales and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our prior written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Capital Machinery Sales is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of CamBot.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of CamBot after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
